To continue attracting businesses to Utah and cultivating an environment for them to thrive, Rep. Brady Brammer is proposing to run legislation during the 2023 Legislative Session to create a court of chancery in the Beehive State.
May interim is in the books and study items have been set for the interim session. Each committee will spend the summer and fall discussing important items and opening committee bill files to run in the ’23 legislative session.
